Velo NB is the provincial governing body for the sport of cycling in New Brunswick. We represent the full range of disciplines including Road, Track, Cyclo-cross, Mountain Biking, BMX and Para-cycling.
Our mission is to provide opportunities and support for cyclists, athletes, coaches, and commissaires. We do this through athlete development, competitions, and collaboration with all types of stakeholders focusing on the growth and safety of our sport.

At just 16 years old, Jayden has already established himself as one of New Brunswick’s top young mountain bike athletes.![]()

In 2025, Jayden represented New Brunswick at the Canada Games, earning an impressive 17th-place finish while competing against older athletes in the 16-to-20 age category. He also competed at the Canadian Mountain Bike Championships and on the Canada Cup circuit, where he continued to deliver strong performances against some of the country’s best developing riders.![]()

Jayden’s dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence make him a tremendous ambassador for cycling in New Brunswick and a very deserving recipient of this award.![]()
