2024 HopOn Youth Cycling Festivals

Cycling Canada has partnered with our provincial/territorial cycling associations to launch HopOn youth cycling festivals across the country, focused on community sport initiatives for underserved groups to increase participation and retention in cycling.  Sport Canada’s Community Sport for All Initiative funding will support more than 74 festivals to over 10,000 participants who will be provided resources and tools to continue their cycling journey beyond the festival.  Stay tuned for more information on HopOn festivals in your area.  

We are pleased to share we have been selected by @CyclingCanada to receive @SportCanada funds for 2024 HopOn youth cycling festivals. This important funding will improve access to cycling in New Brunswick and is aimed at helping remove barriers to participation for underserved groups.
